I have worked in the field of learning, development and assessment for over 25 years. I am a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, Assessor, IQA and EQA qualified and have worked across a diverse range of sectors which enables me to bring a wealth of experiences and ideas to my clients needs. 

My vision is to be a recognised authoritative voice of assessor and IQA qualification achievement, and promoter of best practice assessment and IQA models. I am passionate about the learner having a professional experience throughout their development and qualification achievement; one that I feel proud to have been part of.
